These terms apply to your use of the Studio B Hair Design & Spa website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is for

This site provides information about our salon and lets you contact us or start a booking. It is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Prices and services

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. What you actually pay depends on your hair, the service and the time it takes, and is confirmed by your stylist at consultation. Extensions and bridal work are quoted individually. We may change our services and prices at any time without notice, and nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer to contract.

3. Booking appointments

Online booking is handled by Square, a separate company, and their terms apply to that process. Submitting the contact form on this site is an enquiry, not a booking. An appointment exists only once the salon has confirmed it with you.

4. Bella, the chat assistant

Bella is an automated assistant. She is useful for general questions about hours, services and where to find us, but she can make mistakes, she cannot see our calendar, and she cannot book, change or cancel an appointment.

Nothing Bella says is a quote, a confirmed booking, or professional advice of any kind. For anything that matters, please call the salon on (309) 370-1904 and speak to a person.

5. Results

Photographs on this site are illustrative. Hair services vary from person to person depending on your hair’s condition, history and structure, and we cannot guarantee a specific result. Please tell your stylist about previous colour, chemical treatments, allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your appointment.

6. Our content

The text, images, design and layout of this site belong to Studio B Hair Design & Spa or are used with permission. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Please do not copy or reuse our content without asking.

7. Other websites

We link to other sites, including our booking system, our social profiles and the brands we stock. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio B Hair Design & Spa is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
